Today as the world advances towards greater strides of achievement in science and technology, the lifestyle of the common man has become more so erratic. Unhealthy eating habits, cut-throat competition for survival,
pollution and heavy amounts of stress involved have become the causal factors of illness, making the heart weaker and decreasing the life span of a person. This theory imbibes still worse when metropolitans come into picture.
